
Do to a rather nasty bug in the complicated system that is Umail, email to support@cs was not being handled correctly and failed to deliver. The issue has finally been found and resolved.
Email to support@cs will issue an auto-reply, pointing to the new ticketing service (Service Now) at https://support.cs.utah.edu/help
The URL should be used for all ticket requests, but if you forget, our email server will now politely remind you to use the new service.
Apologies for any issues this may have caused in the past couple of weeks.
