The IT Support (ITS) team at the Kahlert School of Computing, provides hardware and general operating system support for computers, networking and related equipment owned by the Kahlert School of Computing at the University of Utah. All concerns with SoC equipment should be addressed by sending email to . This includes requests for software or hardware installation, as well as reports of system problems.
SoC ITS does not support general computing at the University of Utah as a whole, nor the John and Marcia Price College of Engineering, to which the SoC belongs. Any issues with any other department of the John and Marcia Price College of Engineering, should be addressed to the CADE. Any issues with University of Utah general computing should be addressed to the Campus Help Desk. (Note: This includes WiFi, which is a campus level service.)
The SoC ITS does not provide support for third party software, privately owned systems, or self-administrated systems within the SoC. SoC ITS does not provide support for general appliances, AV equipment or building infrastructure.
