Temporary Mailing List Downtime

On Friday, February 5th at approx. 08:00, there was a temporary downtime on the KSoC Mailing List server, caused by a brief connection problem with the database server.  Downtime was less than ten minutes and any message sent to a mailing list during this duration, should be resent by the outside mail servers.

We experienced a filesystem issue, which unfortunately was the storage area for virtual server images.  The filesystem has been repaired and all but a couple of minor virtual machines are back up and running.
