The computer which runs the print spooling system in the department, had a catastrophic hardware failure, which required emergency actions to be taken.
As the replacement server was nearly finished, we rushed it into production to deal with the printing queue. During this process. print jobs may have been lost or otherwise damaged.
The drivers on several HP printers needed to be adjusted, due to differences in software revisions of the spooling software, but everything should be in working order at this time.
If any printer malfunctions still appear, please contact

This update is too long in coming, but most of the MSDNAA problems have been resolved - except for expired user accounts.
To make a long story short, ELMS deactivated all of our user accounts, but did not delete them. If you cannot access your ELMS/MSDNAA account, it is most likely due to this.
Since ELMS has not provided any method for us to re-enable accounts in bulk, we have to deal with these issues one account at a time. Send email to

The MSDNAA/ELMS site is having issues with portions of their software system. As such, many users are unable to login, with notifications that their accounts are either disabled or unavailable.
As the MSDNAA/ELMS system is outside of our control, we have sent in a trouble ticket to ELMS and are patiently waiting for the ELMS team to address the situation. Hopefully, the problem will be resolved on a timely basis. |
