We lost a 48 port board on the 3rd floor west switch last night. It has been replaced with a spare. If you noticed loss of network activity on the 3rd floor on the west end, this may very well be the suspect.
All ports on that board should be active again. However, if you have a system still without network, please email support@cs and we will look into the matter. |
